These Terms of Service explain what clients can expect from WPBooster.cloud (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and what we expect from you as a client. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
WPBooster.cloud is a premium managed hosting and WordPress management service. We provide hosting management, performance tuning, security hardening, monitoring, updates, backups, and expert support for WordPress websites.
In most cases, we manage your website on hosting environments we provision and control. In some cases, we may manage your WordPress site on third party hosting that you already use. In all cases, we provide management and maintenance of your WordPress application to the best of our ability within the agreed scope of work.
Your managed service typically includes:
Our goal is to keep your website stable, secure, and running smoothly.
Some tasks fall outside the scope of the monthly plan. These can still be completed as separate paid work through hourly or project based services. Out of scope items include, but are not limited to:
If your website requires out of scope work, we will explain what is needed, why it is needed, and provide an estimate before any additional work begins.
We aim to deliver excellent load times and strong Time to Interactive improvements, but every website is different. Performance depends on multiple factors, including:
Many websites can reach significantly faster load times and improved Time to Interactive, and some may reach under one second in ideal conditions. Heavily built, older, or bloated sites may require project based optimization or partial redevelopment to reach top speeds.
We do not guarantee a specific load time, but we commit to delivering measurable improvements wherever it is technically possible to do so and to clearly explaining what is achievable with your current setup.
Security hardening is included as part of onboarding and ongoing management. We configure security tools, apply updates, and follow best practices to reduce your risk of compromise.
If your website is hacked or infected:
We prioritize prevention but no system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure.
In the course of providing services, we may access your website content, databases, administrative areas, backups, and connected services. This access is necessary to safely maintain, update, secure, and troubleshoot your website.
We do not review or monitor your content except when required to perform our work. We do not sell, share, or disclose your private information to third parties, except when:
Beyond these rare exceptions, all information accessed during the course of our work remains confidential.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that any personal data you collect, store, or process through your WordPress website complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to CASL, PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA where required.
You must ensure that your website:
WordPress is not designed to store or process highly sensitive personal information such as:
We strongly advise against collecting this type of information on a WordPress website. If you choose to do so, you assume full responsibility for maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. WPBooster.cloud is not liable for any breach, loss, misuse, or unauthorized access involving sensitive data stored or collected through your website.
While we take reasonable precautions to maintain a secure hosting environment, you acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for the content you store and the information you collect. We are not responsible for data loss, data breaches, or compliance failures related to information you choose to gather through your website or third party integrations.
As a client, you agree to:
If you make changes that cause instability or issues, we will help resolve them, but the time required may be considered out of scope.
Our managed services are billed on a quarterly or annual basis unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:
Missing, failed, or delayed payments may result in suspension of service until the account is brought into good standing. We will attempt to contact you before any suspension occurs.
You may cancel your managed services at any time by providing written notice. When you cancel:
If you need assistance migrating away from WPBooster.cloud, this is available as a separate, billable service.
We take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and reliability using monitoring, best practices, and proactive maintenance. Each month, we send a hosting report by email outlining your website availability and uptime for the previous month.
You understand that:
During significant incidents, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate clearly and restore service as quickly as possible.
WPBooster.cloud provides managed hosting and WordPress management for legitimate business websites. To protect service quality, server stability, and uphold our ethical standards, there are certain types of websites and activities we do not host or manage.
We do not host websites that fall into the following categories, including but not limited to:

Large WooCommerce stores are welcome, and pricing reflects the required resources and ongoing management.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and address concerns before taking action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPBooster.cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use your website or hosting environment.
Our responsibility is limited to the amount you have paid for managed services in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for issues caused by third party plugins, themes, external services, or changes made by you or other third parties with access to your site.
